On-line registration will be available by the end of January 2019.

Early bird registration deadline until : June, 14th, 2019.

All participants must be registered and are urged to register in advance. You will be able to register on line on a secure server by paying with your credit card or by bank transfer.

Registration per phone will not be processed. Registrants will receive an e-confirmation with an invoice, which will include the amount of Value Added Tax (VAT) to be paid. 
This e-confirmation should be presented upon arrival at the welcome area.

ACORA – Association des Chirurgiens Orthopédiques de Rhône Alpes (116 rue Antoine Charial – 69003 Lyon) has given mandate to MCI for the organization of the Lyon Hip Arthroplasty 2017 Congress and therefore to act and receive the fees on its behalf.

NAME CHANGES / MODIFICATIONS

A processing fee of 30€ will be charged for changes in registration except for name substitutions which will be treated as new registrations.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY 

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail or e-mail) to the Congress Office according to the following conditions:

Reimbursement will be processed AFTER the Congress. Requests for refunds made after November 15, 2019 will not be considered.
